Of 400 Braunvieh bulls tested to date in this program, Genesis has the fourth lowest RFI at -4.35 and ratioed 144.

     Spittin' Image is the sire of Genesis.  Spittin' Image served as a senior herd sire for Golden Link Braunvieh in Nebraska before being purchased by Mystic Hill Farms in Virginia.  His consistent, functional and high performing progeny within these prestigious programs as well as in other top herds, have proven him as one of the elite sires of the Braunvieh Breed.  With his semen all but unavailable, Genesis is the easy choice to utilize these time tested and proven genetics.

     Spittin' Image is a result of mating of two Swiss Original Imports, Sambo and Forelle.  Sambo is considered by many the most complete Braunvieh Import Sire due to his progeny's performance and his ability to sire sons which make herd bulls.  Forelle is regarded by many as the best maternal female Import.  Her longevity and production records are equally impressive.

     MHF P Virginia is the dam of Genesis and posts 10 progeny with a 102 Weaning Weight ratio and 9 progeny with a 104 IMF ratio.  She dominated the first ever National Braunvieh Bull Test by having the first, second, and fifth highest yearling Purebred/Fullblood ratio'ing sons.  Her dam Lifeline (pictured) and a maternal sister were the dams of the third and fourth high ratioing bulls, making this cow family unequalled in the breed.  Her dam Lifeline and maternal granddam Bonina Phenomenon are elite proven cows of the Braunvieh breed and are the top two income producing cows in the last 10 years.
